Lauren has always loved a spicy curry served with a sweet peshwari nan to soak up the sauce. When she met Towfique he set her taste buds alive with the smells and flavours of his favourite home cooked dishes all the way from his mum and grandmother’s kitchen in Bangladesh. He introduced her to a new way of cooking, ingredients she’d never encountered, and the fun of eating curry with your hands! It may look messy but it tastes so much better!
